The Tonks Family
Ted Tonks: @asktheboywholived
so beautiful
sorry if this is rude, but aren’t you scare that you might met TT in person and you don’t get along as good as you do on line? what if that happens? :( anyways, I hope (and I think) that everything is going to be ok and lovely and awesome… (if not, I’m sure you guys are going to be best friends forever and love eachother and support eachother and shit :D) sorry if this bothers you, but long distance relationships scare the fuck out of me and wanted to know… :)
((OOC: I’ll admit that this was a real fear when the two of us started talking because we didn’t really know each other very well. TT was just super cool and super hot and I wanted to know more.
The thing to realize is that the vast understanding we have of each other is amazingly real. We are both adults who have the self confidence to present ourselves completely and honestly to the other. When you enter into any type of relationship with a person, being comfortable enough with yourself to be real breaks down boundaries very quickly.
We talk almost every day and Skype almost as much. I’ve met TT’s family this way, they’ve met mine. We’ve taken each other on tours around our homes and neighborhoods. We’ve gone on drives together.
This works because TT is an amazing person who I feel extraordinarily lucky to have gotten the chance to know and love. TT is kind hearted and hilarious, ridiculously talented, gorgeous, and very real.
So to answer your question, I’m not worried at all about us meeting each other in person because there are few people I consider as close as I do TT. There are no pretenses between us, only a shared appreciation and affection for the other.
(( OOC: Ok… I’m blubbering.
In all sincerity, I love Paige.
Paige is the kind of person that invests 110% of herself into the people she cares about. When she tells you she loves you, you know without a shadow of a doubt that she means it. When you talk to her, you become the only person in the world and everything you say is important and worthwhile. When you’re upset, she is there and knows exactly how to help you through it, whether that be ranting with you, giving incredible advice, or just listening.
On the flip side, I could honestly listen to her talk for hours (and I have, hehe). Her passion for… practically everything, is exciting and she leaves you with a better understanding and appreciation for the world around you. She’s also the kind of person who recognizes when something in her life is not making her happy, or not up to her standards, and she fixes it… which is something I really, really admire.
She’s logical, mature, ambitious, intelligent, compassionate, beautiful, and an incredibly good person.
I am excited to see Paige in person (irrationally so), but I already know her well because she’s allowed me to know her. I’m very grateful for that. ))
