((OOC: This is very sweet, thank you! Bear in mind that lighting and angles are a large part of them looking good on camera (which was why I was so surprised and turned on by myself haha)

I…aah…occasionally work out. And by that I mean that I did the good adult thing and spend money on a gym that I never attend. I have a home workout that a trainer at the gym put together for me that’s muscle-focused but I’m terrible at making myself do it, and even I’m worse at doing cardio. I also already had quite a lot of upper body strength to start with (because I have no core strength and therefore rely on my upper body to do all the work and because I piggyback people when I’m drunk *weeps*)

I can’t really give you actual exercise tips, because everyone’s body is different and it depends on what you want to achieve, and I’m very definitely not a professional.
If you can, I would recommend having a session with a trainer at a gym and creating a tailored workout plan. If not, or in addition to this, there are a lot of fitness vloggers and good tutorials on YouTube. These are really helpful if you are unsure of the right form for a certain exercise etc.

Also, aligning your diet to your exercise is important. Fitness and nutrition blogs and vlogs are definitely a good place to get info!

The hardest part is motivation, so don’t try and do to much a once or you’ll put yourself off (which I have done many times). Start off realistically in both diet and exercise or it won’t be sustainable! I hope this helps! 🙂 x

((OOC: I would like to add a few things.

Start off easy. Heavy lifting doesn’t mean better. Get comfortable with the routines and positions. Having a fitness trainer or a gym rat buddy would be useful.

An important part like as Meg has said is nutrition. If you go the the gym 3 times a week and still eat garbage your not going to see progress. Also drink lots of water and if you need to invest in some protein shakes because you will need to repair the muscle fibers in your body as they shape up.

Important part is to have an actual exercise regiment and stick to it.

For instance for the past year i’ve used this one and it works.

Proof if you don’t believe me…

I think the most important thing is to keep in mind is why your doing this. Motivation is hard and I understand after a long day at work or school the last thing on your mind is exercise but it’s a good for you.

Improves fitness, health, sleeping patterns and mood.

So yes…easy and then work your way up. I graduate your will see results in a couple of weeks if you keep up the hard work.

Best of luck nonnie ❤ you! ))
